**Position Overview**:
Trane Technologies - MTA, a leading company in the industrial refrigeration, air conditioning and compressed air treatment sector, is selecting a Sales Technician with extensive experience in B2B sales for its sales department in North Spain.
We are looking for a Sales Person with extensive experience in the industrial sector. The selected person will have a pragmatic approach in the field. We are looking for a proactive professional, capable of developing his/her region and implementing commercial strategies that drive the growth and efficiency of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute the commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives, developing the acquisition of new clients and the loyalty of existing ones to maintain a long-term business relationship
- Set sales objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
- Represent the company at meetings and industry events.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Focus on achieving and exceeding commercial goals.
- Aptitude to establish strong and effective relationships with clients, collaborators and other departments, facilitating collaboration and teamwork.
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and business development in the market.
- Anticipating trends and adapting commercial strategies as necessary.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Engineer or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales is desirable.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the industrial sector.
- Experience in the sale of equipment and services to the industry.
- Knowledge of technical solutions and installations for industrial processes is highly valued.
- High level of proactivity and goal-oriented.
- Advanced level of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
