This position is for the **Payments Hub** team. We are currently extending our cloud native payments processing platform to Santander banks and other financial institutions, with the aim of providing a single access to most domestic and international payment methods at global scale.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING**:
As a **Product Owner **you will be responsible for design and delivery of innovative solutions for our customers in payments sector. You will work with a cross-functional team of software developers, infrastructure engineers and other stakeholders to materialize the product vision, roadmap, and features into value-generating components.

A number of interactions particularly with customer representatives, as well as directly with customers, is expected, to conduct first-hand business needs capturing and refinement, requirements discovery, data analysis or feedback.

Your key activities will be:

- Understand and contribute to the definition of the product vision, product strategy and the prioritized initiatives.
- Define the relevant epics and user stories that contribute to the materialization of the prioritized initiatives.
- Own the development backlog for the product area under your responsibility.
- Partner with the counterpart Technical Lead in the definition and prioritization of epics and user stories.
- Collaborate with the rest of product teams (engineers, testers, designers, etc.) for value deliverables that meet the internal quality standards.
- Drive product discovery sessions, and influence the short and medium long-term roadmaps with the identified customer and market needs.
- Contribute to the definition of key metrics, and conduct regular measurements on the product performance, quality, satisfaction or business impact, where applicable.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- 5+ years of experience as product owner / product manager, ideally in B2B products.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills to make informed decisions and measure outcomes.
- Ideally, with experience in the payments and / or fintech industry.
