**Enghouse Interactive** is seeking a highly motivated professional to play a key role in managing our accounts payable process and maintaining strong vendor relationships. **Responsibilities**:

- Dive into the world of financial transactions by processing accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with our valued vendors, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial ecosystem.
- Take charge of payments, ensuring prompt and accurate processing through Electronic Remittance (EFT) files or online bank transfers, avoiding unnecessary late fines.
- Manage employee expenses, providing seamless support to our team and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations, resolving any outstanding issues promptly and efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices, payments, or vendor accounts, employing your problem-solving skills to maintain financial integrity.
- Contribute to month/quarter/year-end closing activities, providing accurate reports on accounts payable status to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare meticulous account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local accounting regulations.
- Maintain organized accounts payable log files, ensuring easy access to information and seamless collaboration within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in Accounts Payable, demonstrating your expertise in financial processes.
- Fluent in Italian,
- Fluent in Spanish or English (written and verbal), enabling effective communication within our team.
- Additional language skills, such as French or Portuguese, are a plus, enhancing your ability to thrive in our diverse work environment.
- Experience with SAP CONCUR is an advantage, demonstrating your familiarity with industry-standard tools.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables, allowing you to analyze data and contribute valuable insights.
