**Enghouse Interactive is looking for a highly motivated AP Specialist** with Italian to join our Finance Team based in Barcelona - Spain. As an AP Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the company's accounts payable process and maintaining relationships with our vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable transactions, including reviewing, coding, and entering invoices into our accounting system.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and payment-related issues
- Coordinate internally to obtain necessary approvals for payments
- Make payments by preparing Electronic Remittance (EFT) files or entering online bank transfers in a timely manner to avoid late fines
- Manage employee expenses
- Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations and resolve any outstanding issues
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices, payments, or vendor accounts
- Assist in month/quarter/year-end closing activities and provide accurate reports on accounts payable status
- Prepare account reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local accounting regulations
- Keep accounts payable log files

**To be successful in this role, you have**:

- Min. 2 years of previous experience in Accounts Payable
- Italian, Spanish or English (written and verbal) is required.
- Any additional language skills like French or Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience with SAP CONCUR is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs/Pivot tables)
- Multicountry profile with the capacity to work across multiple countries.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong and flexible attitude towards work
