The Airbus communication function ensures a trusted and timely dialogue with internal and external stakeholders across Airbus and its subsidiaries. The function is constantly evolving to set new standards in product and corporate communication to drive the company strategy, nurture partnerships and build a strong brand reputation around the world.

You will join the Connect & Engage Employees team in Spain which is in charge of implementing flawless employee communication and dialogue in Airbus, by bridging company strategy/ambition with internal reality and by ensuring employee-centric communication activities through the use of all relevant internal communications channels.

You will contribute to Airbus’ success, by telling the Airbus story to our local internal audiences, helping them to understand our priorities and our Purpose, celebrating with them key projects and product milestones and engaging them in the future of Airbus.

Airbus has set up an Employee Engagement Plan Task Force Operations Team, consisting of one HR Professional and one Communications Professional working as a tandem.

**Your mission will be all about **driving, coordinating and implementing the national Employee Engagement Plan in Spain, ensuring follow-up, measuring its impact and regular reporting.

**Your Tasks**:
The job holder is part of the Connect & Engage Employees Commercial Aircraft team and is based in Hamburg.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include:

- The end-to-end communications operations of the national Employee Engagement Plan: topic brief, communications action plan, asset planning and eventually creation, validation, asset publication, event management, measurement.
- Ensuring alignment with all Communications interfaces regarding the plan (together with Site Comms Coordinator as overall focal point for Comms).
- Creating/identifying synergies of existing and planned communications from Commercial Aircraft, Corporate HR and Corporate/Global Business Communications Plans
- The publication of local / national HR Communications on the Engagement topics via HR Communications Advisor Team.
- Doing the interface to +Impact / Community Management Team regarding Engagement comms actions
- The coordination with external channels for external communication actions as part of the Engagement Plan, including employment marketing

**Your Profile**
- Experienced 360 Communications Professional with strong background in internal communications
- Good knowledge of the commercial aircraft business activity and experience with shopfloor communications is a plus
- Project management skills
- Local language skills: Spanish fluent language skills required
- Strong English Skills
- Strong team player and experienced in stakeholder management
- Strategic understanding combined with can do and hands on personality
- Good copywriting and editorial skills
- Good knowledge of CMS tools
- Good knowledge in Google Workspace

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
