**Your role**
FunPlus is looking for a business-minded Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal team in Barcelona. You will report to the General Counsel, Europe and will interact with and support various functions across our fast-paced, mobile games business. You are comfortable working in cross-functional multi-cultural teams across the globe.

**Responsibilities**
You will support our European General Counsel Office in the greater Zurich area (Zug) in a broad area of corporate legal and governance matters, including but not limited to the following:

- maintain our corporate housekeeping-, contract management
- and compliance systems and provide recurrent reports;
- manage our corporate governance, legal, and risk-related policies and related training programs;
- prepare documents and minutes on the basis of approved templates for review by General Counsel Europe, proofread documents and arrange legal registrations and filings, where applicable;
- maintain an approved templates library of key documents and documentation;
- maintain NDA and POA registers as well as approved related templates and policies;
- general legal & governance project management support;
- support due diligence processes, manage data rooms and support in various corporate transactional work;
- provide support in trademarks
- and insurance management platform;
- manage terms and engagement/cost reports of external advisors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor at Law or Graduate Diploma in Law from a European reputable university, and/or a legal practice/paralegal certificate (UK or Switzerland preferred)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a corporate paralegal, legal assistant or in a similar position in an international corporation (preferably a technology company) or a large law firm
- Strong attention to detail and responsiveness
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks, use initiative
- Confidence to liaise with different people globally, at various levels of the company
- Positive team member and active contributor in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and minimum German B2 level (Mandarin would be a bonus but is not required)
