Flashpoint manages five venture funds across 3 products: Venture Capital, Growth Debt, and Direct Secondary. The firm is headquartered in London and has offices in New York, Tel-Aviv, Budapest, Warsaw, Riga, Nicosia, Barcelona, Zurich.

Position: Paralegal/Junior Lawyer

Location: Barcelona

Start Date: prior to July 1

Applicants: must submit a CV in English with detailed explanations regarding work experience, education and qualifications

Qualifications:

Legal degree from US, UK or EU university.Strong written and spoken EnglishAble to multi-task and manage work streams with particular attention to detail and project managementDisciplined and organized with a strong desire to learn multiple products in the venture space across several jurisdictionsExperience with funds or M&A a plus but not required if person willing to learn

Scope of Position:

Supporting the preparation of documentation and other workstreams regarding equity and debt venture transactions for 6+ funds in Ireland, US, Cayman, Jersey and other jurisdictionsInvolved in tracking regulatory and compliance issuesAssisting with corporate governance of multiple Flashpoint entities Developing policies and procedures for the organizationInteraction with investors and administrators with respect to all funds
