Our client is the leader in the pool and wellness industry with a presence in 47 countries and 7,000 employees. Their portfolio includes one of the most prestigious brands in the sector, as well as specialized brands to pair with.

They are looking for a Business Transformation Program Manager to join their team in Barcelona and drive the execution of the project. This role will be a key player in the Transformation Journey of the company and will work hand-in-hand with stakeholders from different business units and the Board Committee.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Play a pivotal role in fostering the project management methodology and cultivating a transformational project culture across the organization.
- End-to-end ERP implementation project on a global scope.
- Ensuring the development of accurate project plans, and identifying constraints and requirements.
- Comprehensive understanding of scope, deliverables, risks, resources, and effective communication and change management strategies.
- Responsible for the execution of the business transformation program, proactively collaborating with key business and technical stakeholders, particularly in IT, to ensure timely and high-quality completion of necessary activities and tasks.
- Communicating effectively across various functional and technological domains; a strong familiarity with corporate finance, business objectives, and KPIs, will be instrumental in driving success.
- Meticulously plan, organize, monitor, evaluate, and present progress on program initiatives.
- Actively promote alignment, resolve conflicts, and address blockers directly or by escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure the coherence and accuracy of initiative status within the program management platform, establishing it as the single source for our transformation program.

**Core Skills/experience**:

- BS / BA Degree in Engineering (IT, Industry ), Business Administration or similar.
- Project Management Mastering, PMP, ACP, and Scrum Master certifications are valuable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management with hands-on experience in both Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Native level of Spanish and fluent English.
- Experience working with SAP and deep knowledge of the tool.
- Change-prone mindset, able to build processes and organize work with a focus on results in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective relationship skills and foster team collaboration. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience on critical change management projects, affecting culture, processes (business, supply chain, manufacturing, IT), or teams, is highly valuable.
