**About the client**:
In collaboration with an international company that is a leader in pharmaceutical research and marketing, which works to improve people's health, we seek to incorporate a Sales Training consultant in the Barcelona teams, to guarantee the execution of technical and scientific training activities for affiliated pharmacies and for customers in their own area of competence, according to the training plan approved by the Department. The areas of competence would be Barcelona and Girona, as well as timely support to other areas if necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide previously approved technical and scientific content.
- Manage meetings in the territory and in the company with groups of pharmacists and partners.
- Ensure scientific training on the characteristics, advantages, and benefits of the products compared to competitors.
- Make known the advice protocols and prevention services for related health problems.
- Know the most common diseases that occur in pharmacies and continually update their scientific knowledge.
- Know and use all the instruments to support the training and counseling activity.
- Connect with the sales network in your area of competence to share information and action plans about your customers and partners.
- Make periodic reports to the company on the status of the training activities.

**Relevant Professional / Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or scientific knowledge.
- Professional experience in a Pharmacy office of at least 2 years and/or experience in training at the sales point (Pharmacy Office)
