Job Summary - Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative - Pharmaceutical Logistics

World Courier's Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the end to end logístical coordination of complex, urgent and potentially life saving shipments every day. This position represents a fantastic development opportunity for an experienced logistics professional with strong customer service skills, motivated by solving problems and delivering exceptional service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communication and contact with customers and prospects.
- Develop customer relationships
- Plan and execute shipment orders
- Prepare and submit written quotes to customers
- Provide customer specific reporting
- Be a key player in booking and cutting waybill
- Monitor and track ongoing shipments, react to any deviations
- Communicate temperature results asap after delivery, check and note any deviations.
- Work with regulations (ADR/DGR/IATA) as well as with local laws and guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with other World Courier offices, clients, agents, airlines, handling agents and suppliers

Desired attributes
- Experience as Customer Service in a business to business industry required, experience in logistics or freight forwarding preferred.
- Graduate in fields such us International Trade, Logistics or similar preferred.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or working with pharmaceutical shipments preferred.
- Native or fluent in Dutch required.
- Native or fluent in English required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
