Hitachi Energy is establishing a Global SAP S/4HANA Solution (Program REIWA) to drive standardization and harmonization of processes and to ensure efficient delivery of services for the business units. The Global SAP Test Manager is responsible for planning and execution of Reiwa Testing activities in-line with the Program plan, build up test automation and manage the global testing team. He / She is also responsible to coordinate testing with local test coordinator as well as the global Reiwa Product Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead all global and local testing activities in SAP S/4HANA Transformation program (Reiwa).
- Cooperate with stakeholders and senior staff to agree the testing strategy.
- Take the lead on test planning and execution for product and deployment test cycles.
- Estimate and obtain management support for the time and resources required to perform testing.
- Take responsibility for progress reporting of all testing activities.
- Define and drive the Test Management process including the test automation concept.

Your background
- Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience within Information Technology industry.
- Minimum 8 years’ solution implementation experience in global SAP ERP programs. Strong leadership experience as SAP Test Lead.
- Deep understanding of all test cycles including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, stress/performance testing, regression testing and Automation Testing.
- Any experience in SAP Solution manager or Focus Build in Testing will have advantage. Any other tool like JIRA, Azure DevOps will be helpful.
- Experience in Test Automations suites like Tricentis TOSCA, Worksoft Certify or others is a plus.
- Certification in S/4HANA, and/or other SAP Solutions.
- Fluent in English, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with business and IT stakeholders.
