En Ingeniería y Construcción de EGP, gestionamos el importante plan de crecimiento de las centrales renovables del grupo a través del diseño, el design to value, la construcción y la puesta en marcha de centrales distribuidas por todo el mundo.

En Technology Design to Value, perteneciente a Industrial Competitiveness, tenemos como misión la mejora de la competitividad de las tecnologías renovables mediante la identificación de propuestas de valor añadido, enfocadas tanto a reducir el coste de energía de las plantas como a la mejora de la sostenibilidad, safety,flexibilidad, riesgo, seguridad,etc.

En esta travesía no navegamos solos, Technology Design to Value colabora con las unidades de Industrial competitiveness, of Engineering and Construction, Procurement, Innovación, así como con los principales suministradores y contratistas, para proponer soluciones que nos permitan crecer de forma competitiva y sostenible.

**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Responsable de identificar propuestas de valor de las tecnología wind, BOP electrico y civil enfocadas en la mejora de la competitividad de ENEL.
- Evaluación de la viabilidad de propuestas y análisis de aplicación de las mismas dentro del negocio de Enel Green Power.
- Planificar y coordinar el desarrollo y promover activamente la implementación de las propuestas de valor en un entorno multidisciplinar.
- Asistencia a congresos con el objetivo de identificar tendencias y nuevas oportunidades de negocio, siendo requerido también la participación como parte activa de los mismos
- Estudio de mercado tanto de competidores, como de diferentes fabricantes, instaladores y distribuidores. Establecer y hacer el seguimiento de grupos de trabajo para desarrollar de forma conjunta propuestas de valor.
- Documentar adecuadamente el avance de cada desarrollo y sus resultados para diseminación.
- Trabajar en coordinación con otras unidades internas o externas de referencia en la definición de aspectos de especificaciones técnicas y procedimientos enfocados en la optimización de proyectos.

**¿Qué conocimientos y experiência van a ser considerados?**

Formación y Conocimientos

Será requisito indispensable para la ocupación de la posición que cuentes con la siguiente formación y/o conocimientos:

- Ingeniería industrial, Ingeniería civil/Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos.
- Conocimiento en Ingeniería aplicada a las plantas de generación renovable.
- Conocimientos básicos de economía
- Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación.
- MS Office basics (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), MS Office advanced (Access, Project), Communication tools (Teams, Yammer).
- Inglés fluido.

Adicionalmente serán valorables los siguientes puntos:

- Máster en Energías renovables
- Italiano fluido.

Experiência laboral

Será imprescindible contar con la siguiente experiência para optar al puesto:

- Conocimiento y experiência en el diseño y/o construcción de plantas eólicas a nível utility.

Se valorará contar con la siguiente experiência para optar al puesto:

- Conocimiento y experiência en el diseño y/o construcción de sistemas eléctricos a nível utility.
- Experiência en la realización de estudios de viabilidad de soluciones técnicas
