Growing fast, in terms of processes and staff, Europcar Services counts, nowadays with more than 360 employees, becoming one of the biggest sites of Europcar Group. We are launching a global transformation program called REBOOT SSC to become The digital transformation engine of the group with a vision to connect more than 300.000 vehicles to the center, to deliver smart data analytics about their uses, locations and maintenance and to support the group expansion with innovative direct to customer services.

**Job Description**:
Lead the Europcar Mobility Group team in Iberia, to drive customer acquisition, optimizing campaigns and maximizing return on investment through data driven strategies. Develop the Iberia mid-term marketing strategy, identifying opportunities and enablers to grow the function and propose profitable programs for customers. Coordinate branding positioning, identify strategies to improve customer experience, while strongly contributing to reach the revenue and profitability targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the marketing Budget, setting the right priorities for the different product/segment lines, based on the market data
- Contribute to build the annual Budget for Spain and Portugal and in building the regular forecasts throughout the year. Provide data driven analysis that enables in defining the strategy and its deployment via different channels and market segments.
- Lead a team of circa 10 direct reports across the product marketing, Ecommerce and Brand & Communications in Spain and Portugal with a focus on team engagement and talent development.
- Set and manage the brands positioning via different channels.
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external communication initiatives.
- Define and deploy the actions needed to attain the business targets stablished to the different Product Marketing owners. Includes Budget, Forecasts and Commercial plan (go to market, specific marketing plan per segment/product, sales target distribution in coordination with the Sales Manager, etc.) both for B2B and for B2C.
- Identify business opportunities and prepare business cases to propose actions that are relevant to leverage those opportunities while maintaining profitability levels.
- Monitor closely the P&L of the segments, products and service under the responsibility of the Iberia Marketing Manager role. Perform recurrent profitability analysis for each of them.
- In strong coordination with the international Ecommerce team, kick-off and follow all the initiatives that target the development of a solid on-line direct channel.
- Work closely with the sales, finance and customer journey to ensure a seamless deployment of the actions and initiatives that are approved in the marketing plan.
- Monitor the performance and impact of the Marketing team activities and projects, via data analysis and take corrective actions when needed in order to stay in line with the planned targets.
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure an optimal deployment (e.g.: strategic initiatives, subscription model, etc.).
- Develop the strategy, execute market research activities and gather insights from the market and our customers that enable strategic decision making in the short and mid-term.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree.
- Master or post graduate studies in areas connected with the role
- Experience as business consultant and or project management within service companies.
- Experience leading teams and in marketing related fields.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels in the organization and able to make solid commercial relationships.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
- Results oriented, analytical, strategic cross-functional visión
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese would be a plus).
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Organized and productive.
- Good knowledge of tools and technologies in the digital marketing area.
