**¿Cuál es el objetivo del cargo?**

Colaborar en el establecimiento y rentabilización de las relaciones con turoperadores e intermediarios y promocionar los hoteles en segmento leisure y golf.

**¿Cuáles son las principales funciones?**
- Analizar los resultados de ventas de los distintos intermediarios por temporada y proponer acciones de mejora.
- Colaborar en la negociación de los acuerdos de condiciones y apoyo en la corrección de los contratos intermediarios en general.
- Realizar la captación de nuevas cuentas en todos los segmentos.
- Coordinar y velar que los hoteles y apartamentos sean debidamente publicados en los catálogos de vacaciones, promocionados mediante página web u otros canales de distribución.
- Actualizar la base de datos garantizando una buena recogida de datos y desarrollando la actividad comercial, así como procesar contratos en SAP.
- Proponer, ejecutar y coordinar acciones tendentes a conseguir nuevos intermediarios y mercados, participando en acciones promocionales cuando se estime oportuno.
- Colaborar en el seguimiento de las cuentas de crédito de los touroperadores con el responsable de créditos, solventar incidencias en la facturación. Revisión y justificación de abonos en facturación.
- Colaborar en el control y seguimiento de la facturación de los intermediarios por gastos de publicidad y gastos de rappel sobre ventas.
- Favorecer la interlocución con los intermediarios de los touroperadores segmento leisure y golf, asistiendo a ferias, jornadas, workshops, roadshows etc.
- Realizar seguimiento mensual de las cuentas TOP clientes.
- Analizar visitas comerciales y seguimiento, promocionando nuestros hoteles a empresas y otros colectivos con el fin de dar a conocer y reforzar la imagen de la cadena.
- Realizar acciones de benching con programa Bistro, web y/o folletos de TTOO.
- Solventar posibles problemas de disparidades de precios con TTOO.
- Asistir a su responsable directo en la preparación del presupuesto y plan comercial.
- Realizar otras funciones que en el ámbito de sus competencias le sean solicitadas por su responsable directo.

**Requisitos**:
**FORMACIÓN**

Diplomatura/Grado en Turismo (preferiblemente). Otros/as Grados/Formaciones relacionados con la Gestión de Negocios.

**EXPERIENCIA**

2 años de experiência laboral demostrable ocupando puesto en departamento comercial, touroperadores y/o agencias de viajes.

**IDIOMAS**

Inglés, Nível B2.
Valorable conocimiento de una segunda lengua extranjera.

**INFORMÁTICA**

Dominio en aplicaciones informáticas de gestión hotelera y ofimática.

**HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS**

Dominio de los canales de distribución.

Uso y dominio de las técnicas de negociación.
