**Account Manager med stort driv till nystartat kontor i Malaga**

Vår klient är marknadsledande och skapar tillväxt och konkurrensfördelar för aktörer i byggbranschen. Vi är inne i en spännande transformation, som handlar om att professionalisera och digitalisera företaget, samt utveckla den kultur och ledning som ska sätta standarden för vår klient i framtiden

Med en ny koncernchef och nytt HR team har vår klient precis startat sin kulturella utvecklingsresa, där de har identifierat sin gemensamma kultur och sin nya gemensamma värdegrund. Du blir därför en del av en mycket spännande organisation med stora ambitioner.

Vår klient håller på att bygga en ny avdelning i Malaga och söker därför 5 svensktalande Account Managers som ska sköta försäljningen.

**Om jobbet**

Du rapporterar till försäljningschefen och kommer att ingå i ett nytt team på vårt nya kontor i Malaga. Ditt fokus kommer att vara nyförsäljning mot företag med koppling till byggbranschen.
Du kommer att ansvara för att både arrangera och boka möten, samt hålla dem själv.

**Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att bestå av**:

- Sälja Byggfaktas olika produkter till företag med koppling till byggbranschen
- Kontakt och bokning av kundmöten
- Hålla kundmöten
- Göra affärer
- Självständigt personligt budgetansvar
- Bli en del av ett _vinnande team_

**Om dig**

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av försäljning och rådgivning till kunder, men det viktigaste är att ditt hjärta klappar för försäljning Du är utåtriktad, har ett starkt driv och brinner för att skapa långsiktiga relationer. Du kommunicerar enkelt med alla typer av människor och tänker på pipelinen och vikten av att ha många kontakter i spel. Du förstår hur man arbetar proaktivt och självständigt, och du förstår behovet av datadisciplin och användningen av CRM-system.

Du behärskar svenska i både tal och skrift och är självklart bekväm i Microsoft Office-paketet.
