We are looking for a talented **Performance Trainee** to join our Performance team and help us change the world of digital advertising together.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**
- Achieve the agency and clients expectations optimizing their campaigns
- Supporting our Account Management (AdOps) team with the campaigns learnings
- Analysing data from the campaign to do the correct optimizations
- Making data-driven decisions that directly impact the business results of the company

**YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF**
- You are graduating or recently graduated in a relevant field such as programmatic, advertising or digital marketing
- You have a fluent command of Spanish and a good level of English
- You are energetic, proactive and eager to work in a startup environment
- You have great communication skills and you are not afraid to take risks
- You have strong analytical skills and know how to work with excel

It would be a big plus if you
- Have knowledge of the programmatic environment
- Have any previous experience in a similar company or sector
