**SCIB is looking for an Analyst Markets Special Purpose Vehicles Structurer, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Analyst Markets Special Purpose Vehicles Structurer **, you will be responsible to create solutions to complex or unique issuances for institutional, corporates and retail clients, supported in knowledge of legal and market opportunities and client investment needs, regulatory changes, and capital goals of our client base, working closely and coordinated with sales and trading teams.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Generating trade ideas based on market events, regulatory changes, and accounting and capital constraints.
- Define with the team any action plans (marketing strategies / key products / target clients) for the Markets Europe group
- Prepare and develop documentation, together with Legal, Compliance and Tax departments (ie SPV programs-prospectus according to new products)
- Negotiate term-sheets, transactional documentation
- Execute the closing of transactions
- Follow up of audits, internal and externals, and coordinate any operational activity and maintenance of vehicles - ie with corporate service provider
- Stay up dated on recent regulation - legal related to SPV
- Participate in public events / conferences / networking, internal and external

EXPERIENCE
- Individual from a financial background with good understanding of Markets products/financial derivatives, and strong technical ability
- Familiar with the specific regulation - legal work frame for SPV

EDUCATION
- Economics, Finance, engineering or other related degrees.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Good teamworking skills
- Ability and experience communicating with clients, senior management and influencing internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal/Regulatory, Tax, Compliance, Finance etc)
- Willing to take ownership, able to work under pressure, collaborate and build alignment through partnership
- Languages: English (Fluent)
