HUB SCIB Financial Control Analyst-Country: Mexico. Organización: gestión de plantilla (interna y externa) y organización aprobada por Org. & Costes Corp; 'onboarding' de las personas a la Sociedad; procesos de entrevistas y contratación en coordinación con Recursos Humanos; control del inventario de activos tecnológicos; gestión de la comunicación con los empleados de SBGM, así como de los eventos corporativos con empleados; gobierno y control sobre la contratación de nuevos perímetros y servicios; y gobierno y control de proveedores.. Finanzas: elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto general de la Sucursal; elaboración de los estados financieros de la Sucursal; gestión del margen operativo y de las posibles eficiencias de la Sucursal; iniciativa y seguimiento de proyectos; cumplimiento de los requerimientos corporativos referidos a finanzas, principalmente, proveedores, márgenes, contratos intragrupo, impuestos, liquidez y solvencia de la Unidad.. Relación de gobierno con las Unidades que externalizan los servicios: elaboración y gestión de contratos (SLAs); seguimiento continuo con las Unidades, posibles incidencias, y elaboración y gestión de la información de nivel de servicios (KPIs).
