**About The Role**
We are looking for an experienced Content & PR Manager, International who focuses on driving awareness and interest in our products and services - and driving the long-term success of our business by helping us build, distribute and optimize consistent, engaging and inspiring multimedia content for the variety of channels we operate in our regional marketplaces and brands in Europe.
You will be joining a high performing Marketing team working along with experts in their respective marketing disciplines such as Paid Media, SEO, B2B & Trade Marketing, and more.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Drive & own the marketing communication plan, aiming to maximize reach and engagement, as well as increasing traffic and conversions to our different portals.
- Own the development and delivery of original content’ assets in a variety of formats and channels, from blog posts and articles, to social media and interactive infographics, ensuring content is readable and SEO friendly (where it applies).
- Lead the day-to-day content & PR management activities, ensuring robust monitoring and optimisation of the resulting performance upon the agreed KPIs.
- Nurture, develop and expand the network of relevant local journalists / media houses, and other industry specific collaborators in our key markets.
- Define, implement and improve brand monitoring practices that would allow us to constantly improve our presence in the region.
- Prepare spokespeople, support the company presence in press-related events, such as interviews, round tables, and other similar initiatives.
- Partner with global marketing and PR specialists in the company to ensure consistent practices across the regions, markets and languages in which we operate.
**What you should bring to the team**:
- Solid experience in digital content creation and distribution - preferably in marketplaces, automotive/nautical/boating, ecommerce, travel or digital media.
- Proven experience in transforming data insights / studies (and other data driven company assets) into inspiring and engaging stories.
- 5+ years of relevant / similar content experience (including exposure to several markets / languages at scale, with internationalization / localisation needs).
- Solid understanding of PR and marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience in a scale-up environment with multiple priorities, high ambition and fast pace.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and teams, especially within Marketing, Account Management, Sales and 3rd party agencies / collaborators.
- Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Team player, proactive, motivated, determined, can-do attitude.
- Multi-lingual sensibility: ability to coordinate and review translations in foreign languages
- A hands-on mindset and proven experience of delivering content assets through different channels and formats.
- Languages: English proficient. Nice-to-have: Dutch / German / French / Italian / Spanish.
