The role:

The Barcelona & Vallromanes PR & Marketing Manager will be responsible for branding and communication efforts, ensuring the awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand at a local level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for raising awareness and relevance of AIRE brand at a local level in coordination with the Global Marketing team to ensure the correct implementation of marketing campaigns in the locations.
  • Build and maintain corporate and B2C relationships through networking, PR events, partnerships/sponsorships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, content, and product development to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Establish proper communication and liaise with other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of the PR / Marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain B2B relationships with journalists, partners and influencers to generate positive media coverage and maximise exposure 
  • Lead relationships with relevant hotels, travel industry, incentive agencies to promote sales
  • Coordinate and Supervise Communication Agency: from brief to execution.
  • Measure and analyse sales, PR efforts and marketing campaigns to assess their local effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
  • Oversee the onsite client experience monitoring customer feedback and managing special VIP bookings for continuous service improvement.

Who you are:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a PR/Marketing role, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and branding strategies
  • Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, Catalan is a big plus
  • Commercially driven: conscious of adding value and oriented towards achieving business objectives
  • Result-focus: You can translate objectives into operational actions and the readiness to show initiative in running the activities for which you are responsible
  • Strong organizational skills: capable of handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • You have a strong network and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving industry trends and the company's needs
  • You own a car
