We work closely with Communication Service Providers (CSP) on creating innovative telco AI solutions in the areas of planning, deployment, optimization and healing automation either on-prem or on public cloud.
We are looking for Strategic Product Managers (SPM) to join our team. In our terms, the SPM is the investment manager and the CEO of the product. Although they don’t hold formal authority, but they drive and influence the whole organization to achieve the best return on R&D investment - a fast paced and exciting role
You will be responsible for managing rApps products.
As a Strategic Product Manager, you will develop a strategic approach as a product leader, with clear understanding of customer needs and business goals.
You will build and communicate an effective product vision, develop, implement and communicate product strategies and drive business and technology strategies within the product area. You must be passionate about business, numbers, selling software, AI, data and cloud technologies to customers at different stages from their digital transformation journey.
Your day-to-day work will look different, as you engage with customers and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will make critical decisions on product strategies, investments, prioritizations, partners and select the right business model for the product.
Doing so, you need to foster a culture of innovation across organizations, stay up to date on industry trends and technological development, use market intelligence to make strategic and tactical decision and adapt product strategies to harness their potential.
**To be successful in this role, you must have**:
- Work experience in strategic product leadership and product lifecycle management in a software enterprise or organization
- Solid understanding of AI, data science, analytics and cloud technologies
- Solid understanding of SMO and ORAN alliance architecture and use cases
- Solid understanding of SON technologies and go-to-market models
- All-round understanding of the software industry sales and delivery models
- Eye for business and awareness that span unit and enterprise levels
- The ability to communicate and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Experience in influencing and managing people from a diverse set of backgrounds
