Further supporting our growth and innovation momentum, we are establishing a new Global Capability Center in Barcelona to deploy new capabilities to effectively support its global commercial and functional teams. Located in the upscale Eixample District in the heart of Barcelona, Galderma’s Global Capability Center offers numerous possibilities for professional development such as exposure to global and cross-functional projects and access to global career opportunities.
This role drives Launch Excellence for Prescription and Consumer brands from Launch Preparation, Launch Readiness in markets and Launch Optimization in markets globally and foster a launch excellence mindset and capability cross functionally across global and local teams. Split role Prescription Dermatology /Consumer brands (80/20)
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate monthly meetings, working with Global Franchise Heads to propose agendas, responsible for logging action items and follow up- Meet on a regular basis with individual functions to update the global launch plan and track completion of the individual functional deliverables to integrate on a detailed integrated plan- Flag potential issues and work with key functional stakeholders to propose mitigation plans and solutions- Partner with key functions to include and non-limited to Markets, Regulatory, Artwork, Regional & Global Supply Chain to ensure on-time Demand Visibility & Supply Planning- Consistently monitor all deliverables flagging delays and working with colleagues on mitigation planning- Update monthly global cross functional dashboard
Leads Country Activation Program:
- Leads Launch Readiness process of markets either directly or through Launch Excellence Regional Manager (dotted line)- Provides tools and templates to support markets launch readiness across the key launch pillars Product, market and organization readiness-
- Facilitates key progress meetings - including scheduling, agenda, pre-reads, Acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on the status of the launch Readiness for all Markets in scope.- Ensures flawless execution from market launch requests all the way to product delivery. Acts a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on the status of global launch Preparation.- Proactively manages risks related to the rollouts, manages communication and alignment among stakeholders.- Provides market progress report templates working closely across franchises and Global Launch Excellence Excellence colleague to drive high quality and consistency- Organize annual launch activation meeting (virtual or in person) to train/onboard country cross-functional teams.
Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in launching biologic medicine in prescription dermatology a definite advantage- Global / International experience a definite advantage- Robust project Management skills with high attention to detail- Highly proficient in Excel, PPT and other key software relevant to the task- Highly developed communication skills and able to influence at every level of the organization
