As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.
**About the role**:
As**Product Manager for Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS)**, you will be responsible for developing and performing Iberia marketing strategy to drive the business, working closely together with the Iberia commercial team and the EU Marketing Organization.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies & tactics that support business growth objectives in the short to medium term, and actively support the long-term range planning for your product portfolio.
- Provide omnichannel vision for your marketing strategies integrating optimized digital activities across the customer journey.
- Collaborate with multiple internal partners from the supply chain to customer service, legal/regulatory department, and regional marketing.
- Initiate market development activities and are responsible for launching new product lines and solutions, in close collaboration with the MDS Marketing Manager, European marketing team & local commercial team.
- Be a strong partner in financial budgeting and forecasting for your product portfolio.
**About you**:
- 2 years experience in marketing, in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industry in a large matrix organization.
- University degree and Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Action-oriented with a drive for results and a strong customer focus. Strong analytical abilities, with strong technical marketing skill.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with omnichannel selling & marketing and a track record of integrating digital is a plus.
