**Job description**

**Summary**:
As a corporate sports coach, you will specialize in leading fitness, yoga, running, crossfit, tennis, box, triathlon, and mental health sessions. Your role involves crafting tailored training sessions, workshops, and programs to enhance employee well-being, health, and productivity.

The job can be performed either online or offline.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver customized sport sessions for employees.
- Assess the health needs of the employees and develop appropriate exercise programs.
- Foster team spirit and corporate culture by organizing custom sports events (competitions, tournaments, marathons).
- Coordinate training session schedules to accommodate the requirements of different enterprises.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sports coach.
- Certification or qualification in relevant disciplines is a must.
- Experience or ability to organize tournaments, competitions, marathons, or other sporting events is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to coordinate the schedule of training sessions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 2 - 24 per week
