**Your work-life opportunity**:
We are looking for a talented and passionate People Experience intern to join our HeadQuarters People Experience team. At Glovo we trust in our offices investing in amazing spaces and enhancing the office life. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring the smooth running of the office but also helping to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Check office standards, detect office related issues and ensure everything is operating smoothly.
- Ensure having a great working environment, following sustainable practices.
- Support the team with admin tasks.
- Keep the office organized and clean with the cleaning staff support.
- Assist in organizing Office Life activities like events, summits and trainings.
- Liaise with facility management vendors to ensure quality service.

**You have**:

- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, self-organization, and ability to multitask.
- Good command of Spanish and English languages in order to be able to communicate with our employees, providers, and visitors.
- Ability to work with Google Docs, and the whole MS Office package.
- A can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Good sense of humor and positive vibes.
- Service oriented.
