E&C is open for **internships or student jobs**, where you will be working closely with our teams of Business Developers and Account Managers - all in the exciting world of energy procurement.
Currently we are looking to hire an **Administration Sales Coordinator** for our** marketing & sales department **in **Valencia**.
You will take charge of contract renewals, contract extensions and adaptations with existing clients and the coordination of general sales administration. In this role you will work closely with the other sales and marketing colleagues based in Madrid, Valencia, Heerlen and Belgium.
**Internship program would comprise of following assignments**:
- Together with account managers:
- registration of deals in our sales portal (Hubspot)
- executing renewal agreements
- adapting contracts and addendums
- calculating offers
- identifying potential for upselling, issuing follow ups
- Sales management projects:
- defining map timelines and roadmaps within E&C
- supporting Team in achieving milestones
- Planning & organizing:
- assisting in the progress of meetings with clients by preparing documents, saving reports etc.
- collaborating with other departments at E&C such us consultants, financial controlling and more
- planning and executing sales events
- In case E&C develops new service offerings, you work together with marketing and business developers to offer these new services to existing clients.

- you are studying in the fields of business, sales or marketing, economics, innovation and technology management or comparable
- you speak English on the business level
- you are looking for a **part - time student job or internship **for at least 6 months**:
- experience is a plus but we welcome young starters with a can-do attitude
- you are detail-oriented, posses good organisation skills and like to work on administration.
- you have the right communication skills to obtain information and signatures from clients in an assertive yet service minded and diplomatic way
- you can work in an independent manner whilst having a collaborative mindset, striving to work with the team
- and above all... **you are eager to learn**
