Your day to day challenge is supporting our Sales Managers being responsible for the sales back-office processes until our fruits & vegetables reach our clients of our traditional markets, Germany and Austria.
Your role highlights - your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the whole sales administration to serve correctly our clients
- You will receive and manage sales orders and modifications and doing a constant follow up.
- Yo will ensure that sales documents reach the client in time
- You will handle any kind of incidents regarding the sales process and give support to other departments if necessary so changes and incidents won't make you lose your temper
- You will be also responsible for the data management in our system, which involves: register claims and manage rejections from the client as well as generate, check and modify sales invoices

Requirements:
- Higher studies or Vocational Business Training in Economics, International Business, etc.
- Language skills are as important as communication skills: you are fluent in Spanish, English and German
- Experience in commercial administration in a similar position
- Experience in the Fruit & Vegetable sector is a plus
- Excellent handling of Outlook and MS
- Knowledge in AX o SAP are a plus
