**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?**:

- Responsable de la formalización de operaciones aprobadas por el Comité (Daciones, Cancelaciones de deuda, Compraventas con cancelación, Venta de créditos, etc ) y gestión del proceso KYC/AML adhiriéndose a los SLAs establecidos. - Labores de prefirma: conocimiento de la documentación previa necesaria para una firma - Recopilación y primera criba de documentación para pasar el blanqueo de capitales - Soporte para el proceso de blanqueo de capitales previo a la firma. Gestión NPL- REO - Actualización y mantención de la data en los distintos trackers de seguimiento en uso - Detección y subsanación de cargas previas en los activos. - Revisión de notas simples, etc. - Coordinación de cierre de la firma con notaria y las partes implicadas (Compraventas, daciones en pago, cancelaciones de hipoteca, ventas de crédito, poderes de venta) - Revisión de borradores - Labores de postfirma: seguimiento del pago de impuestos, inscripción de las escrituras, subsanación de defectos en inscripciones, etc.**¿Qué requisitos son imprescindibles?**:

- Al menos 3 años de experiência en tramitación documental de escrituras notariales, así como en asesoramiento al cliente previo a la formalización de firmas y tramites de prefirma y postfirma**¿Cuáles son las aptitudes que valoramos?**:
