**Are you the one?**

As our Lawyer, you will be part of our legal team and work in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating and advising on different legal aspects of the Group on a national and international level. In your role you will especially give support to our subsidiaries Germany and Austria being their contact person for legal aspects.

**Your role highlights - your responsibilities**
- You will provide legal support to Germany and Austria being their contact person from the legal team
- You will provide legal support also some of the different corporate departments of the company (such as brand, R&D, logistics, sales, finance, quality, etc.)
- You will draw up and review the documents and contracts between the different companies of the group and between these companies and third parties
- You will manage legal documentation between SanLucar and its clients
- You will manage every legal aspect along the food law and it’s supply chain
- You will monitor and coordinate different matters with external consultants and advisors
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and support of the Group's various projects at national and international level you got assigned

**Requirements**:

- Studies in Law
- Languages: German is your mother tongue (bilingual) and you’re fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is highly valued and other languages such as Italian or French are a plus
- You have practical experience throughout your studies in consultancy (big4) or international company
- 1 to 2 years' experience as a graduated lawyer in a law firm or international company, having worked in the area of commercial law and international contracts
- Knowledge and experience in commercial and corporate law is mandatory
- Experience in our sector (in fast moving consumer goods or Fruit & Vegetables) is a plus
- You have a good business understanding from a legal point of view
- Your highly detail oriented in the daily work routine
- Your working manner is characterized by proactivity and you’re a hands-on person
- You’re used to work in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams Therefore, international experience is highly valued
- You’re open minded and used to work in a fast paste and changing environment
- You’re flexible to travel continuously to the headquearters in Spain (Valencia) if based in Germany
