Are you the one?
As our Lawyer, you will be part of our legal team and work in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating and advising on different legal aspects of the Group on a national and international level.
In your role, you will especially give support to our subsidiaries in Germany and Austria, being their contact person for legal aspects.

If that sounds attractive to you,Your role highlights - your responsibilities:You will provide legal support to Germany and Austria, being their contact person from the legal team.You will provide legal support to some of the different corporate departments of the company (such as brand, R&D, logistics, sales, finance, quality, etc.
).You will draw up and review the documents and contracts between the different companies of the group and between these companies and third parties.You will manage legal documentation between SanLucar and its clients.You will manage every legal aspect along the food law and its supply chain.You will monitor and coordinate different matters with external consultants and advisors.You will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and support of the Group's various projects at national and international level you got assigned.Become SanLucarian - What's in for you?You'll find a young, dynamic and changing work environment.Feel comfortable leaving your suit behind
We don't have a dress code.Experience different cultures - Multinational is what describes us best as we're a team of 30 nationalities.Free language courses for all SanLucarians.We work flexitime.You can always rely on your Buddy during your OnBoarding.Identify yourself with our core values: Partnership, Commitment, Performance Orientation, Innovation Spirit, Drive for Learning.Minimum Requirements:Studies in Law.Languages: German is your mother tongue (bilingual) and you're fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish ishighly valued, and other languages such as Italian or French are a plus.You have practical experience throughout your studies in consultancy (Big4) or an international company.1 to 2 years' experience as a graduated lawyer in a law firm or international company, having worked in the area of commercial law and international contracts.Knowledge and experience in commercial and corporate law is mandatory.Experience in our sector (in fast-moving consumer goods or Fruit & Vegetables) is a plus.You have a good business understanding from a legal point of view.You're highly detail-oriented in the daily work routine.Your working manner is characterized by proactivity, and you're a hands-on person.#J-18808-Ljbffr
