**The Role
For this role, we are seeking a
**skilled** and
**detail-oriented** Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our
**team** on a

**Here's what you'll get to do**:

- Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Review and reconcile customer accounts
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments from customers
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve billing issues
- Assist in other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

**Here's what you'll need to be successful**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite preferred
- Experience with Hubspot and Stripe is preferred but not required

This is a part-time position in Barcelona, Spain with a duration of approximately 6 months averaging about 16/20 hours per week. If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in accounts receivable and are available to start immediately, we encourage you to apply.**Hiring process**:

- Second stage: Meet our AR Clerk and our AP/AR Specialist (Onsite 45min)
- Third stage: Meet the Hiring Manager (Online 30min)
