Daily duties of the team:
- Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.- Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.- Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.- Support the team in other markets as needed.- Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).- Support at customer events in the market.- Support in market development and system adaptation.**What are we looking for?**
