**Job description**:
**The purpose of this role is to support the integration and configuration strategy. The expectation is that time will be equally spent defining new integrations with implementation of new and existing integrations and configurations. Partners (POS, Payroll, Etc) can be connected, or "enabled," using a variety of means including several API, Webhooks or ISC. Responsible for the pre-sales, implementation and support of our integrations.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Development of the relationship and engagement with the partners to educate and promote the features and benefits of being integrated to Mapal products for our mutual customers.
- Liaise with customers, partners, and our development to determine integration requirements.
- The project management of required integration working closely with various departments.
- Protecting the delivery of Integration strategy by avoiding non-value-added integration work.
- Responsible for maintaining and growing the overall relationship with partners.
- Identify and report integrations at risk of missing deadlines.
- Delivery of product configuration in alignment with the on-boarding project methodology

**Profile**:
**Qualities/Requirements**
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent
- 2+ years’ work experience with integration methodology such as Point to Point (APIs, FTP). (Database/Views).
- Ability to identify problems, process resolution and implement action or solution timely
- An understanding of interface formats CSV, XML, cXML, etc. (JSON)
- An understanding of Account functions Accounts Payable processing, General Ledger posting and Point of Sale tracking as it relates to inventory
- Prior work experience with data and systems within Labour Management or Procurement sectors
- (Optional) Previous experience within the hospitality industry

**Skills**:

- XML/XLST
- T-SQL/MS SQL Server experience a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to present technical information to customers and work well with a diverse multi-cultural environment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction is a must
- Ability to cope with conflicting demands and prioritize and adapt in a rapid growth environment
- High level of time management and organizational abilities
