Tareas

**Cómo Web Analyst Manager tus funciones consistirán en**:
**Visión Global del Rol**:
Estamos buscando un/a Web Analyst Manager capaz de liderar y gestionar el equipo de Digital Assets (Digital Analytics) para incorporar en el departamento de DATO (Data Analytics & Transformation Office).

**Funciones Generales**:
Liderar y gestionar un equipo de analistas de datos con diferentes níveles de experiência (colaboradores y partners).
- Capacidad de gestionar y liderar proyectos.
- Colaborar con distintas áreas de negocio para la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
- Capacidad de negociar y crear sinergias con empresas externas (partners).

**Funciones Específicas**:
Gestionar y controlar la medición de los distintos activos digitales de la compañía webs y apps principalmente y también totems, qr, pantallas,...
- Coliderar la línea de personalización y test A/B.
- Coliderar la línea de segmentación avanzada (CDP).
- Mantener la calidad del dato necesaria para generar confianza en las decisiones.
- Evolucionar la línea de dashboarding y reporting de los distintos activos digitales.
- Avanzar en el desarrollo y evolución de la analítica avanzada de la compañía.

**Requisitos**:
¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Experiência mínima de 2-3 años en un rol similar.
- Experiência demostrable con Google Tag Manager y/o Tealium IQ.
- Conocimientos avanzados de Google Analytics 360 y/o GA4.
- Conocimiento práctico con Google Optimize.
- Conocimiento práctico de BigQuery.

**Se Valora**:
Experiência con Google Cloud y/o Azure Cloud.
- Experiência con Tealium Audience Stream u otros CDPs.
- Experiência con otras herramientas de A/B test o personalización.
