Commissioning On the Job Training Manager.
The Project Manager manages projects with responsibility for successful execution:
- Executes the project within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality).
- Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management.
- Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.
In the context of Engineering:
- At site, responsible for the commissioning to an operating solution and up to customers acceptance.
- At site, coordinates all test and commissioning activities.
- At site, clarifies technical issues with Engineering Project Manager and also with customers.
- At site, prepares the test documentation.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- University Degree/ Master´s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience (experience in SGRE platforms)
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (B2-C1 level); Spanish, both written and verbal
- An open mind-set willing to join international environment and interested in joining an intercultural team. Experience in leading a team up to 10 persons
- Skills and competences on continuous improvement, project management, initiative and proactivity, creativity, communication and dialogue, loyalty and integrity, responsibility and commitment
- Experience working with the Office Package, internal SGRE tools, and working on site tools.
- GWO trainings
- Being able to international travels more than 50%
