Field Service Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be part of the team that executes the implementation processes of the AMR product catalogue: Flexley Tug, Flexley Mover and Flexley Stack, in the different work environments at the client, as well as the implementation of the different technical-technological modifications, forming part of a high-performance team providing technical details, deadlines and working on the execution of the different deliverables associated with the project file. The work is carried out both at ABB's facilities in Madrigalejo del Monte (Spain) and at each of our clients' facilities inside and outside Spain with an approximate estimate of 40-50%. You will support the solution analysis process and the design-development phases, being responsible for the validation and execution processes of the start-up to ensure the successful delivery of the project deliverables on time, within budget and in accordance with quality and safety guidelines, restoring the status of both the project managers and the technical managers of the associated line. This position is not yet rated as the country has not yet gone through phase 4 of the Global Rating process.. You will be mainly accountable for: - Supports the process of identifying and defining technical requirements and requirements - Supports the system development process so that it covers the requirements identified in the analysis and design, within security standards - Ensure the proper execution of the validation process of the solution to be implemented within the expected time frame at the lowest possible cost, identifying and helping to correct the different problems that arise - Execution of the start-up ensuring the correct implementation of the proposed system at the client's facilities within the expected time frame and at the lowest possible cost - Create and deliver the work plan as well as risk assessments relevant to your engineering discipline - Safety management to ensure the reduction of occupational risks and the elimination of accidents during the development of the project and in the final start-up phase - Ensure clear, valid, reliable, and technically accurate documentation during the development of the process, developed in a timely manner - Assist project managers and project lead engineers in technical reviews and discussions with clients, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers and in resolving technical issues, both remotely and at client sites within and outside Spain - Responsible for the execution of the project deliverables associated with the project technical file. **Qualifications for the role**:

- Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year in customer commissioning activities and incident resolution (preferably with assistance experience abroad)
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- High level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Professional competence in general and technical English, both spoken and written
