**Description**

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Working cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
- Responsible for daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
- Providing guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
- Serving as group lead on projects and work assignments.
- Champion and model proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting, and participating in actions to improve health and safety.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role you will need the following competencies:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Plant Manager.
- Demonstrated experience operating equipment, control panels and semi-automatic equipment.
- Previous experience utilizing Oracle, SAP or any relevant RPC.
- Previous knowledge of compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures.
- Proven experience performing and developing continuous improvements.
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
