Production Supervisor

To be successful in this role you will need the following competencies: ·       Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Plant Manager. ·       Demonstrated experience operating equipment, control panels and semi-automatic equipment. ·       Previous experience utilizing Oracle, SAP or any relevant RPC. ·       Previous knowledge of compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures. ·       Proven experience performing and developing continuous improvements. ·       College, university, or equivalent degree required. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: ·       Working cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. ·       Responsible for daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets. ·       Providing guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities. ·       Serving as group lead on projects and work assignments. ·       Champion and model proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting, and participating in actions to improve health and safety.
