Starlite está buscando un/a booking para Starlite Marbella

**Responsabilidades**
- Apoyo en el cierre del cartel de Starlite Marbella (Auditorio y Lounge)
- Selección de artistas y análisis del mercado
- Realización de ofertas
- Negociación
- Revisión de condiciones y cierre de contrato
- Previsión logística y revisión de riders
- Nexo de unión entre los diferentes departamentos internos y las oficinas de los artistas (Peticiones de materiales, entrevistas, grabaciones etc. y todo lo que necesiten los departamentos de la empresa a todos los artistas, bloqueo de invitaciones, etc.)
- Control de pagos a los artistas junto con el departamento financiero
- Apoyo en la realización del presupuesto global y control del mismo
- Realización de informes y actualización de bases de datos

**Ejecución**:

- Presencia en Marbella durante la duración de STARLITE y días previos (junio, julio y agosto)
- Responsable de contratación en al menos la mitad de las actuaciones
- Interlocución con las oficinas de los artistas
- Nexo entre otros departamentos y artista
- Coordinación de meet & greets y entrevistas con el artista
- Gestión de invitados del artista
- Supervisión de la logística de artista y camerinos
- Atención del artista y crew
