We are recruiting an Assistant - Business Operations for our EMEA Headquarters in Alcobendas, Madrid. One of the main missions will be to research for unclaimed property from our customers, with responsibilities across all Europe.
- Responsibilities
Within the tasks of this role:
Make sure research processes are maintained (and improved, where possible).
Keep evidence of all actions taken.
Track results.
Liaise with Accounting on the reconciliation processes.
Outbound calls to us customers.
Different administrative tasks regarding Data Subject Requests from our customers.
- Qualifications
High knowledge of Excel.
Advanced level of Spanish and English.
French as a third language will be a plus.
High school completed.
At least one year´s work experience in customer service or an administrational position.
