**Your Role **This position will be a key part of creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable company culture and overall global brand presence. You will report into the Chief DEI & Social Impact Officer and work closely with the EMEA HRBP team, ERGs, EMEA DEI Ambassadors, and the EMEA DEI Committee. This position will ensure that organizational DEI initiatives are successfully implemented and aligned with organizational values and objectives.

**Your Impact **To cultivate and enhance a diverse, inclusive, and equitable culture that drives “PTC for All” through our people, product, and community/industry strategies.

**Your Team **This position will be a part of the People Team and will work very closely with teams across the company to implement initiatives.

**Day-to-Day**
- Support the design and implementation of DEI infrastructure (policies and processes) to embed DEI into core talent, social impact, and overall business strategies
- Design and help execute global and regional internal/external DEI learning experiences, programs, and events
- Faciltate partnerships with regional DEI experts
- Generate quarterly DEI reports specifically for and on behalf of the EMEA region
- Keep the Chief DEI & Social Impact Officer current on internal/external DEI developments, opportunities, leading practices, and trends
- Collaborate with local leaders to establish programs and activities that support regional goals and areas of focus
- Support the distribution and management of regional budgets for ERGs, DEI Ambassadors, and the DEI committee
- Present DEI updates, insights, and enablement content to internal/external stakeholders

**Must-Have Skills**
- 5-8 years of experience facilitating DEI content in EMEA
- 5-8 years of experience leading DEI initiatives and programs across many dimensions of diversity
- Understanding of EMEA-specific DEI regulatory and leading compliance topics
- Experience driving marketing campaigns
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to deliver high caliber work within a matrixed, collaborative, fast-paced environment, in addition to being able to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Enthusiastic team player, creative/innovative thinker with a passion for process improvement
- Must be driven, self-motivated, and possess the ability to complete multiple tasks within set deadlines
- Good analytical, assessment, and reporting skills
