IT Risk Manager

We are looking for an **IT Risk Manager **who will be responsible for identifying, collecting, assessing, and managing IT risks across the organization. The person will work in an international environment, being **English the shared language **and **mandatory for this role.**
Preferred locations (also remote): Spain, Portugal, Polonia, Rumania.
**In the role you will**:
- Work collaboratively with other in-country and shared services teams to ensure IT risks are managed effectively and in compliance with industry and regulatory standards. The role also owns and manages IT Risks mitigation initiatives and projects
- Collect, assess, and prioritize IT risks based on potential impact and likelihood
- Develop IT risk register and risk profiles
- Maintain the IT risk register relevant and provide updates on the IT risks
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of IT risk management strategies and plans
- Ensure that all IT risk management activities are in line with the overall corporate risk management strategy
- Support the identification of Key Risk Indicators for relevant risks and controls
- Develop IT risk mitigation plans, timelines, and budgetary needs
- Manage mitigation project resources and ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure project resources understand their roles and responsibilities and follow the project plan
- Manage the mitigation initiatives’ budget, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs
- Create and manage Microsoft project plans
- Establish and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders to identify known and potential operational, compliance, security, financial, and strategic IT risks
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external auditors, regulators, and business partners

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT risk and project management
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, key processes, and technology-oriented risk issues
- Strong risk and control awareness, and knowledge of risk assessment methodology
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2 (nice to have)
- Fluent in English
