We have partnered with a leading event ticketing system provider. Founded in the Netherlands, they have since grown into the German, French, Irish, Turkish and Spanish markets. This is a young company that supports an entrepreneurial and adventurous spirit - if you see an opportunity, chase it The role is as a Country Manager, and you will be responsible of growing the Spanish market for our partner - together with the existing core sales team (5 FTEs).
**We want to talk to you if you have**:
- Experience in the events and/or festivals industry as an event organiser or marketing director
- A natural flair for sales, and 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Great negotiation skills and are able to close deals
- Fluent in Spanish and English
**As Country Manager you will be**:
- Identifying and engaging with potential customers & building a sales pipeline
- Negotiating and closing contracts (using tools like Pandadoc to streamline this)
- Working closely with clients
- Shaping the Spanish organisation - Defining hiring needs & creating a good working environment
- Reporting directly to the CCO and CEO
- Maintaining control of all income and budgets & defining/leading growth plans
**In return you will recieve**:
- A base salary (40 - 60k) + commissions
