**WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES WAITING FOR YOU?**

As the **Head of Accounting** in Eurovision Services y**ou will lead the Accounting team, directly reporting to the CFO.**

You will support the organization achieving its financial objectives and be responsible for accounting operations and systems, analysis, and report preparation.

In detail, you will:

- Develop accounting organizational strategies aligned with organizational objectives;
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of business controllers;
- Coordinate and prioritize team activities, evaluate staff performance, and assess training needs;
- Drive business process improvement and ensure data quality in operational systems;
- Take the ownership of full group reports and the balance sheet;
- Coordinate budget/forecast preparation and provide financial projections;
- Provide financial analyses and recommendations and directing staff;
- Ensure compliance and completeness of finance reporting according to local GAAP, Swiss GAAP, and IFRS;
- Forecast cash requirements and minimize legally required taxes;
- Analyse returns and recommend inventory to minimize inventory investment;
- Develop and optimize accounting processes and systems for efficiency and quality;
- Act as a contact person for tax consultants and auditors, monitor tax matters, and implement tax optimization models;
- Provide procure-to-pay, revenue-to-receipt, operations accounting input and support data quality & operations excellence enabling financial transactions with the highest level of controllership at the lowest cost.

**ABOUT YOU**:
If you meet the following requirements, don’t hesitate to apply
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or Controlling;
- Experience in audit company will be considered a plus;
- 8+ years of professional experience in a comparable position and industry
- Good knowledge of international, Swiss and local accounting standards (SPANISH GAAP, SWISS GAAP, IFRS)
- Experience of working in complex corporate group structures and managing the annual audit
- Demonstrated experience in managing a medium organisation’s accounting, tax and statutory compliance requirements
- High IT affinity. Experience with DYNAMICS 365 BUSINESS CENTRAL and LUCANET advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience of working collaboratively and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups
- Professional level of English is mandatory
- Fluency in Spanish or French will be considered a plus.
