- Reportando a la Subdirección General, gestionará y hará seguimiento del proceso de inversión y de los presupuestos asignados a cada proyecto de construcción y reforma.
- Tareas habituales del puesto:
- Recopilar los costes reales de cada proyecto.
- Analizar las certificaciones de obra ejecutadas y compararlas con el presupuesto y abasto de proyecto.
- Identificar las áreas críticas de los proyectos e informar a Dirección General.
- Hacer seguimiento a los directores de proyectos para asegurarse que siguen la línea de negocio que persigue la empresa.
- Elaborar mensualmente una previsión de los proyectos basándose en datos reales y revisiones.

**Requisitos**:
