In this role, you'll collaborate with dynamic teams across international borders, ensuring that our compliance efforts align with our mission and global standards.
An opportunity has arisen for an Ethics and Compliance Associate Director to play a vital role in our global compliance efforts. This is a crucial position that demands exceptional project management and communication skills, offering a chance to work with diverse teams around the world. You will ensure that our corporate policies, SOPs, and training programs are not only consistent with local requirements but also proactively evolve to meet the changing landscape of our organization.
**Here’s What You’ll Do: Your key responsibilities will be**:
Facilitating the creation and ongoing management of our global compliance and privacy communication platform.
Implementing and maintaining the compliance communication and training platform.
Gathering feedback and usage metrics to gauge the impact of guidance documents.
**Your responsibilities will also include**:
Supporting global training and communication plans, particularly outside of the US.
Ensuring compliance with transparency requirements in the EMEA and APAC regions.
Developing engaging, story-based content for policy training to enhance understanding and retention.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
5+ years of diversified biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience
Proven ability to interact collaboratively.
Proven experience in building new reporting, training, and communication capabilities.
Proficient in leveraging digital capabilities to develop measurable metrics and prepare periodic reports.
Solid knowledge of compliance program frameworks.
Experience Global healthcare compliance in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven ability to develop engaging, story-based training content.
Demonstrated experience in managing ethics & compliance programmatic and tactical deliverables.
Experience in supporting global transparency reporting activities.
Advanced degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Data Science, or Regulatory Affairs.
Experience with Global healthcare compliance in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
