**Your role at Baxter**:

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Offer unparalleled Ethics & Compliance guidance to internal business collaborators regarding various healthcare compliance and anti-corruption concerns.
- Support the implementation of the Ethics & Compliance Governance for Latin America South.
- Offer clear mentorship on Ethics & Compliance policies and procedures, and identify behavior that contradicts the Company’s policies and relevant regulations.
- Drive awareness regarding the importance of Ethics & Compliance, identify areas of Ethics & Compliance risk, and undertake corrective plans to resolve potential issues.
- Develop, deliver, and coordinate training related to the Company's Ethics & Compliance policies and applicable regulations.
- Assist in the implementation and oversight of Baxter’s Third-Party Program in Latin America South.
- Support the implementation of middle management initiatives.
- Perform special assignments or projects, as needed.
- Participate in internal investigations regarding potential violations of the Company’s policies or applicable regulations.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Master’s degree in law from a nationally or internationally recognized institution.
- Healthcare experience required. Medical Device and international experience strongly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of regional legal and regulatory frameworks, including anti-corruption and anti-competition laws and regulations affecting the healthcare industry.
- Unquestioned integrity and ethics in business and personal conduct.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills to encourage and influence employees at all levels to embrace Baxter's Ethics and Compliance initiatives.
- Proactive in ‘reaching out’ to people in providing advice and maintaining an open communication style.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with individuals from different departments, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in a practical way.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English. Competence in other languages will be viewed as an advantage.
