**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Engineering & Data department is a collaborative effort of five specialized teams covering infrastructure, frontend, engineering excellence, data, and identity management areas and working together to create a unified platform product that empowers engineers by handling technical complexities, enabling them to dedicate their efforts solely to business logic. This product aims to streamline the development process and enhance productivity for the engineering and data team.As the Senior Technical Product Manager for the Engineering & Data Platform, your role is pivotal in structuring and realizing the vision of enabling all engineering and data teams at sennder to wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to delivering customer value with ease in an efficient, scalable, secure and non-redundant manner.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**

In this role you will collaborate closely with Engineering Managers to define and prioritize technical product features, gather feedback from engineering and data teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions. You will actively engage in product discovery, ideation, definition, and roadmap planning, serving as the primary contact for engineering stakeholders and working closely with EMs to align on goals, metrics, and deliverables.

**PREFERABLY YOU HAVE**
- Strong technical background and understanding of engineering and data platforms concepts.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management, product owner, or a similar role in the Platform area.
- Experience in product discovery and translating user needs into actionable requirements.
- Proficiency in creating and defining product documentation, including product requirements document, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality features.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to coordinate demos, maintain stakeholder engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and OKRs to measure product outcomes and drive data-informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to identify and address technical challenges and dependencies.
- Experience in creating and maintaining product backlog and roadmaps and aligning them with teams and organizational goals.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
