How to contribute to our vision
- Maintain and support Systems Windfarm Systems in the Service organization
- Troubleshoot and configure the components according to the requirements
- Maintain response and resolution time for issues according to KPI provided
- Collaborate, train, and assist other team members, Engineering, customers, and field personnel when needed.
- Handling, configuration, start-up and troubleshooting of the Windfarm Systems.
- Reporting & documentation of activities and learnings for in the different systems.
- Travel to wind farms for installation /upgrade of systems.
- Conduct /Perform Factory &/or Site acceptance test.
- Able/willing to handle internal/external customer calls /support
- Required knowledge, education, and experience in Electrical / IT / Networks with some knowledge or experience with SCADA, Network Infrastructure, IT Engineering, CCNA or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with SGRE lGamesa / lSiemens scadas.
