We are looking for an Order to Cash Associate Director to join our finance team.

**The primary activities include but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for managing a team that coordinates the entire order-to -cash process, including order management, billing, credit, collections and dispute resolution.
- Ensure all audit support and controls are executed in a timely fashion with accuracy.
- Interact with customers to resolve issues with a high level of customer service.
- Responsible for pricing. Manage pricing issues and Sales Deals.
- Coordinate approval of new/changes to Customer Master Data
- Partner with process owners and Shared Services (GBS) to identify strategies to drive efficiencies through continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition analysis.
- Maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures and related internal control documentation.
- Lead and mentor the Order to cash team, ensuring high performance and foster a collaborative and goal -oriented team environment

**Qualifications**

Education & Experience:

- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading team of Order to Cash professionals preferred.

Skills Required:

- Business-level English and Spanish (speaking and writing) required.
- Familiarity with US GAAP preferred.
- Solid financial background with experience in accounting processes
- Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement new processes.
- Experience using SAP desired.
- Strong knowledge of business processes supported by transaction processing capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills required.
- Intermediate to Advanced PC skills (MS Office) and analytical tools (Power BI) required.
- Demonstrated commitment to education and professional development.
